PursuitIQ is a tender bid preparation platform built by Cella Ltd., a company focused on software for the construction industry. When this policy refers to "PursuitIQ", "we", "us", or "our", it means Cella Ltd. and the services we operate at pursuitiq.com and related subdomains.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

• Account registration details such as your name, email address, and company name
• Company profile information including legal name, operating name, WCB number, GST number, business number, and authorized signatory details
• Billing information processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe)
• Tender documents, schedules of quantities, and other content you upload or input into PursuitIQ
• Communications you send to us, including support requests and demo inquiries
• Preferences and settings you configure within your account

Information collected automatically

• Usage data, including the features you access, pages you visit, and actions you take within the platform
• Device and browser information such as IP address, browser type, and operating system
• Log data including timestamps, error reports, and performance metrics

Information from third parties

• Authentication information provided when you create or sign in to your account

• Extracting and structuring tender data, generating risk flags, bid strength scores, and submission verification reports based on your inputs
• Auto-filling Form of Tender fields using your company profile information
• Sending transactional communications such as account confirmations, invoices, and security alerts
• Sending product updates and feature announcements — you may opt out at any time
• Detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Service
• Conducting aggregate, anonymised analysis to understand how our platform is used and to improve it

We do not use your uploaded tender documents or company profile data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only in the following circumstances:

Service providers

We work with trusted third-party providers to operate PursuitIQ. These include Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and AI model providers for document processing. These providers access data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it.

AI processing

Tender documents and related content you submit may be processed by third-party large language model providers to generate extractions, risk flags, bid strength analysis, and other AI-powered outputs. This processing is subject to our data processing agreements with those providers. Tender documents are not retained by AI providers beyond the duration of each processing request.

Legal requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Cella, our users, or the public.

Business transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or preventing fraud.

Uploaded tender documents are processed in-session and are not stored on our servers beyond your active use of the platform. Pursuit data — including extracted SOQ items, pricing, risk flags, and submission records — is retained in your account for the duration of your subscription. You may delete individual pursuits at any time through the application.

6. Security

We take the security of your data seriously. PursuitIQ uses Supabase with row-level security, meaning only your team can access your company profile, library, and pursuits. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you become aware of any security vulnerability or incident, please notify us immediately at hello@pursuitiq.com.

7. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve PursuitIQ. These include:

• Essential cookies — required for authentication, session management, and core functionality
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it
• Preference cookies — remember your settings and customisations

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impact the functionality of PursuitIQ.

PursuitIQ is operated from Canada. 10. Children's privacy

PursuitIQ is a professional B2B platform not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice within PursuitIQ at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of PursuitIQ after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
